* lisp/subr.el (letrec): Optimize some non-recursive bindings

* lisp/emacs-lisp/macroexp.el (macroexp--fgrep): Look inside bytecode
objects as well.

* test/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-macs-tests.el (cl-macs--labels):
* test/lisp/subr-tests.el (subr--tests-letrec): New tests.
